Over 2,500 images were submitted to Round 7 of 2011 Fearless Awards.  I was probably refreshing the Fearless Photographers Facebook Page every 2 minutes last night when Huy, the brilliant mastermind behind Fearless Photographers, started releasing a couple of images at a time late last night.  It was like slow torture!  First out were the "Best of Show" who got the votes of all 5 curators who are fearless master photographers themselves - Sergio, Ryan Brenizer, Jacqueline Dersjant, Joe Appel, and Candice Cusic.  I tell ya,  after seeing those first few images out of the gate, I had no expectations…

We just joined Fearless Photographers this year.  What's a Fearless Photographer?  Straight from the horse's website:

We are proud to be associated with a group of photographers who are truly inspirational and jaw-droppingly talented and we're absolutely overjoyed that one of our images was recognized with a Fearless Award a month ago!  Yay!

Bienvenue!  Benvenuto!  Wilkommen!  Welcome to the new Pelaez Photography version 2.0!  This rebranding was 2 years in the making.  After all the blood, sweat and tears, we can finally present a new brand that's much more consistent with who we are today as photographers.
